Project Architect

As an Architect you will work alongside Project Managers and be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large complex projects. Candidates must have a professional architectural license. Preferred candidates will have a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and five to ten years of experience in the design industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional architectural license
  • Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must
  • Minimum of five years of experience in assisting with all phases of a project
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
  • Ability to work with and coordinate engineering consultant services
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Sr. Project Designer

  • Working in all phases of the design process and developing construction documents for permitting.
  • Designing commercial buildings (such as libraries, community centers, religious spaces, civic athletic venues, community arts facilities, courthouses and offices) and developing architectural project documentation for state construction projects (such as performance arts theaters, student health facilities, collegiate athletic venues, higher education classroom and administration buildings and student residence halls) including spatial programming, modelling, and rendering three-dimensional buildings.
  • Developing drawings and presentations for clients with detailed project scope, estimation, design progress representing design evolution at different phases.
  • Working with local governing bodies and civic authorities to get projects permitted and delivered.
  • Mentoring interns and architectural staff.

Requires master’s degree in architecture and 4 years of experience as Intern Architect or Architectural Staff.
